Supply Theme
Introduction
Documentation for users of EcomEvolve's modified Supply theme online store.
Content management
Content has been organised as follows:
Products
Each product has its own unique page and is managed using the Products > All Products menu in Shopify Admin.
Collections
What Sellerdeck calls "Sections" are called Smart Collections in Shopify and they can be accessed using the Products > Collections option in Shopify Admin.
Each collection has its own page on the website, with the name becoming part of the url. The name of the collection is also used as the name of the tag used to gather products into groups.
For example, the collection "New Widgets", by default, would have the name ".../collections/new-widgets" and the name of the tag added to the product tags would be "new-widgets"

Collections
Shopify has similar features to Sellerdeck, it has products and sections (called collections). If does not have duplicates, but products can be added to multiple sections. I explain how this is configured later.
Shopify does support a section hierarchy using Sales Channels > Online Store > Navigation feature.
Hierarchies are called “Menus”, because their primary role is to create menus in the website design, and they support up to three levels.
Your site’s “Mega Menu” is defined as the “Main menu” and you can editing it by clicking on the Main menu link. You can then navigate to the menu item you want to edit or delete.
It is important to note that none of the changes you make are applied to the site until you “Save” the changes.
